Check out that brick! That is brick formliner with mulit-tonal stains to create a realistic pattern and enhance the precast concrete.

The balconies are supported with wing walls to maintain an open feel, there are long hollowcore spans which optimize the suite layouts. These design features enabled cost savings for the client.
