McLeod Rd, Niagara

This is a 4 storey multi-residential building, windows were installed in Stubbe's precast plant and shipped to site as part of precast panel. Being the first window installatin for Stubbe's, there was an impressive zero breakage and the client was happy to have a fully enclosed building to continue to work during the colder months. 

Stubbe's took on the cast-in-place footings, precast foundation walls and the remaining structure, except truss roof was by others.

• 1,800 sq.ft. solid precast balconies
