Renaissance II is located in the heart of London, ON. It is a hybrid precast/poured-in-place building of 28 stories tall. It has a total of 300 suites with some as big as 2,400 sq.ft. The pre-painted exterior precast wall panels have a stucco appearance. This finished look has significantly increased early sales numbers for the owner.

Stubbe’s Precast supplied all precast for this project including beams and columns, hollowcore, wall panels and stairs and landings.
