This 55-bedroom residence in Oshawa used a combination of building systems. Stubbe's provided 21,000+ sq.ft. of hollowcore floor slabs, 12,000+ sq.ft. of precast wall panels, as well as precast beams and columns,  stairs and landings.

Use of Stubbe's formliners give the lower precast walls texture and colour to stand out.
