This project showcases precast Sandwich Walls. The building envelope consisted of insulated precast walls, precast to precast joints sealed with a colour impregnated weatherproofing sealant and exterior face coated with a colourised waterproof coating, all supplied and installed by Stubbe’s.

A total of 50,070 sqft of walls were installed.
