Stubbe’s Precast (“Stubbe’s”) has acquired the assets of Can-Am Precast Products Ltd (“Can-Am”), located in Centralia, ON.
With the purchase of those assets Stubbe’s increases it’s much needed agricultural precast production capacity enabling it to betterserve its current and future customers. It also positions Stubbe’s closer to prime agricultural markets in Huron and Perth county and gives it access to the US market in Michigan and Ohio.
It is Stubbe’s goal to continue producing agricultural precast product at the current Can-Am location without interruption.
