The largest cumulative project Stubbe's Precast has completed to date. A total of 5 total precast buildings with shared parking garage below the whole project site and a promenade linking the pedestrians to adjacent streets.

Stubbe's was able to complete 8,400 sq.ft. of floors and 4,300 sq.ft. of walls of one tower in just 3 days.

  • 603 total number of units, one- to three-bedroom suites
  • Precast completed in 10 months 
  • 641,000 sq.ft. of total combined floor area
  • 635,000 sq.ft. of total combines wall area
